Protestors chant 'free Palestine' at rally in London
A pro-Palestine protest has been held outside the Israeli embassy in London.
The demonstration comes after Israel's military ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip, halting deliveries of food, water, fuel and supplies to its 2.3 million people.
Israel has pounded the Hamas-ruled territory with waves of airstrikes in retaliation for the militants' multi-pronged incursion into Israel.
At the protest demonstrators lit flares and waved Palestinian flags, while chanting "free, free Palestine".

In a stunning development, the Iranian hacker group Hanzala has claimed responsibility for leaking "indecent" videos and confidential data from the personal phone of Israelâs former Defence Minister, Benny Gantz. The hack, which targeted Gantz and other high-ranking Israeli officials, has sent shockwaves through Israeli politics and security circles. Among the leaked materials are compromising videos of Gantz allegedly involved in an affair, as well as sensitive personal information.
The group has stated that the release of these materials is part of their ongoing cyber warfare campaign against Israel. Hanzala also claimed to have infiltrated the devices of other prominent Israeli figures, including military officials, with data leaks threatening to expose further sensitive information.

The missiles struck northern Israel, including the city of Haifa, causing significant damage and injuring at least seven people, including a toddler. The barrage comes just a day after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly admitted to authorising military operations against Hezbollah in September, including a deadly âpager attackâ that resulted in 39 deaths and over 3,000 injuries.

In a dramatic escalation of the ongoing conflict, Iraqi fighters launched a series of three consecutive attacks on Israeli military bases, leaving Israeli defences in disarray. The assaults came shortly after a wave of eight drone strikes had already pummelling key Israeli installations within a span of just 24 hours.
The coordinated offensive involved both missile strikes and drone attacks, targeting strategic Israeli bases and causing significant damage. According to reports, the initial drone strikes severely weakened the defences, setting the stage for the subsequent missile blitz by the Iraqi fighters. Explosions rocked the targeted sites, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos as emergency services scrambled to respond.

In a dramatic shift, Qatar has pulled out as a key mediator in the Gaza ceasefire talks, citing Hamas's refusal to negotiate in good faith. This decision comes after intense pressure from the U.S. and Trumpâs administration, which had made it clear that Hamasâs continued presence in Doha was no longer acceptable. Qatar informed both Israel and Hamas that it could no longer facilitate negotiations under these conditions. The move marks a significant turning point in Middle Eastern diplomacy, as Qatar, once a key mediator, distances itself from Hamas while signaling its readiness to re-engage only if both sides show a sincere willingness to negotiate. The pressure from the U.S. on Qatar to close Hamasâs office in Doha underscores the shifting dynamics of the region's diplomatic landscape.
