Vulnerable people ‘appallingly neglected’ in lockdown plans
Boris Johnson’s former chief adviser, Dominic Cummings, tells the UK Covid-19 Inquiry that considerations about the impact of lockdown on vulnerable groups were "appallingly neglected" by the government at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
