'The Guardian' reports that actor , Donald Sutherland, has died at the age of 88.
The actor's career spanned over
60 years and included roles in acclaimed
films like 'M*A*S*H*' and 'The Hunger Games.'.
Representatives for Sutherland confirmed
that he died in Miami following a long illness.

released a statement on X regarding
the passing of his father. .

Donald Sutherland appeared in
over 190 films and television series. .
He won two Golden Globes for best supporting
actor for the TV films 'Citizen X' in 1996
and 'Path to War' in 2003.

He was inducted in the
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
His estate released a posthumous album,
