third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

In a split verdict, the actor was also acquitted of
two counts of assault and aggravated harassment.
The decision by Disney, the parent company of
Marvel, means that Majors will not make any
future appearances as the Marvel villain Kang.
The charges against Majors stem
from a March incident with
Grace Jabbari, his girlfriend at the time.
The actor, who faces up to a year in
prison for the two misdemeanor counts,
is scheduled to be sentenced on February 6.
ABC reports that a prison sentence is unlikely
for Majors, as he is a first-time offender.
The judge overseeing the case also renewed
an order of protection, barring Majors from
having any contact with Jabbari.
