Walk with God! Genesis 5:21-24 – A topical message by Brandon Ingram
Pastor Brandon Ingram shares a topical message.
In this sermon we will look at the life of Enoch who lived over 4,500 years ago.
After living for 65 years Enoch was made aware through the prophetic name of his son Methusaleh that there would be a coming judgment and that his time in this life was limited.
For the remainder of his life He walked with God by placing his personal relationship with God as the number one priority, love and passion of his life.
As we approach this coming new year these lessons from the life of Enoch are of vital importance for us to heed and take seriously.
Like Enoch our time here on this earth is also limited and we must follow Enoch’s example in putting our relationship with God as the highest priority in our lives.
This is summarized by walking in a love relationship with God, keeping ourselves undefiled from the pollution of this world and shining the light of the love of Christ by leading and shepherding others into an eternal relationship with God.
Enoch's life on this earth eventually ended when he was taken to heaven miraculously which is also our eternal hope in Christ.
