The Hollywood Reporter spoke with Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, Celeste O'Connor and Tahar Rahim all about the intensive training they had to do before filming the action movie and how they bonded as a cast on and off set.
Russell Crowe is defending superhero movies in the wake of Dakota Johnson's 'Madame Web' comments. Crowe, who next stars in 'Kraven the Hunter,' gave a candid interview to GQ where at one point he was asked about Johnson saying that the recent box office disappointment of 'Madame Web' felt like it was "made by a committee" and pushed back on the notion that actors should have high personal artistic expectations for making films in the genre.

Shelley Duvall, the actress known for playing Wendy Torrance in 'The Shining' and starring in numerous Robert Altman films, has died. She was 75. Dan Gilroy, Duvall's life partner since 1989, told The Hollywood Reporter she died in her sleep of complications from diabetes at her home in Blanco, Texas. He said, "My dear, sweet, wonderful life partner and friend left us. Too much suffering lately, now she’s free. Fly away, beautiful Shelley."

We finally know when HBO's 'Euphoria' will head back into production. After a very long hiatus, filming on the drama's third season is slated to begin in January 2025 — just about three years after the premiere of season two. HBO says the whole principal cast is set to return, including stars Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi and Hunter Schafer. An airdate hasn't been set, yet, but it's unlikely that 'Euphoria' will be ready to go before late next year, which would mean a gap of up to four years between seasons.
