83-Year-Old Arrested For Bank Robbery In Chicago On Valentine's Day
83-year-old Donald "Doc" Bennett was arrested for a bank robbery in Chicago on Valentine's Day.
This has to be some sort of record.
This is just where the story starts.
Bennett was known as the “leaping bandit” by the FBI for a string of bank robberies in the 1980s that left him in prison for 31 years.
“Leaping bandit” was the name given to him because of how he would jump over counters during his robberies.
