PM: Government's transport fund is 'levelling up in action'
The Prime Minister opened a cabinet meeting in East Yorkshire by praising the government’s latest transport plans as “levelling up in action”.
He told ministers: “That’s £4.7 billion for a local transport fund that’s going to benefit millions of people across the North and the Midlands… It really is levelling up in action.” Report by Covellm.
