US and Russian satellites may collide 600 km above earth: Know all about it | NASA | Oneindia News
In a high-stakes scenario, the US Department of Defense is closely monitoring a collision risk in space involving an American and a Russian satellite.
The two satellites in question are NASA's Thermosphere Ionosphere Mesosphere Energetics and Dynamics (TIMED) mission spacecraft and the Russian Cosmos 2221 satellite.
NASA’s Perseverance rover has discovered a bizarre, skull-shaped rock—dubbed “Skull Hill”—on the Jezero Crater rim of Mars. The dark, angular rock with tiny pits sharply contrasts the surrounding terrain. Scientists speculate it may have formed through erosion or resulted from an ancient impact event.
