New definition enables ‘protection’ from extremist activity
Its new definition of extremism will give the Government “the tools that it needs to protect us” against extremist activity, Rishi Sunak has said.
Michael Gove named a string of groups which could be checked against the Government’s new definition of extremism amid rising concerns about threats to social cohesion and British democracy.
