Eva Mendes is taking a trip down memory lane of meeting her now-husband Ryan Gosling for the first time.

During an interview on the 'Today' show, the actress and businesswoman opened up about initially meeting the Oscar-nominated actor while filming their 2012 movie 'The Place Beyond the Pines.'

She said, "Unfortunately — or fortunately — there's only one Ryan, so I pretty much stopped acting after that." The pair have continued to stay private about their over a decade long relationship by keeping it out of the spotlight.
