Kejriwal Arrest: Delhi HC denies Kejriwal's plea against arrest, CM to remain in jail | Oneindia
On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court rejected the plea challenging the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor and Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal.
The court deemed the remand lawful, stating that it cannot be deemed illegal.
Highlighting the ramifications of Kejriwal's delay tactics on those in judicial custody, the High Court affirmed his continued incarceration.
