Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says he 'completely respects' MPs who voted against proposals for a phased smoking ban - including 57 of his own Conservative MPs, six of whom are serving Cabinet ministers.
The Bill passed its first stage in the Commons on Tuesday, with support from Labour.
