With the release of this song it feels like we’re really getting the ball rolling and I am so excited to continue to share music with you, James McCartney, via Instagram.

McCartney took to X on April 2 to tease the song's release.

I had a vision as a child in Scotland, on what was a lovely summer’s day.

Letting go, I saw my true love and saviour in my mind’s eye.

James is holding a contest for couples to be featured in the video for "Primrose Hill.".

Couples who wish to enter must submit videos of themselves capturing their love in the favorite place.

Submissions, due April 19, must play "Primrose Hill" in the background
