Garcia claims that Megan had sex with someone in a moving car that he was in while touring Spain in 2022.
Garcia says he couldn't get out of the car and "was embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.".
Megan allegedly asked Garcia the next day if he was in the car.

When he said yes, she allegedly said, "Don't ever discuss what you saw.".
The cameraman also claims that Megan called him a "fat b****" and said "spit your food out.".
Garcia goes on to say that he was wrongfully classified as an independent contractor, which "deprived him of healthcare and overtime pay," according to 'The Hollywood Reporter.'.
The suit also claims that Garcia could not work for anyone else and was required to have 24/7 availability.
His contract was terminated in 2023, which he claims was retaliation for complaining about harassment and pay.
