As of April 23 2024 the FTC found that non compete contracts are no very wise.
I have somethings to say because I've personally experienced 2 years of my career ripped away from one means por decision making, loosing two years of my career.
And I refuse to let it go, especially after knowing the FTV knew just as well these weren't mean for industries like cannabis, not to prevent workers from moving on for fear of whatever your afraid of.
