A London judge has ruled that Prince Harry will not be able to expand his privacy lawsuit against a British tabloid to include allegations against media mogul Rupert Murdoch and Piers Morgan.

After filing a lawsuit against U.K. tabloid The Sun's publisher News Group Newspapers, Prince Harry's lawyers were hoping to sue over claims that Murdoch and other top executives were part of an effort to conceal and destroy evidence of unlawful information gathering.
