It was a sad day, as we said goodbye to my brother Morgan, Morgan Spurlock’s Brother, Craig, via statement .

Morgan gave so much through his art, ideas and generosity.

Today the world has lost a true creative genius and a special man.

Spurlock’s films usually dealt with sociopolical issues, his most famous being “Super Size Me.”.

In the film, Spurlock ate only McDonald’s for 30 days straight and documented the experience.

The experiment had a drastic effect on both his physical and mental health.

Showcasing the dangers of a poor diet and spreading awareness on the unhealthy nutritional content from fast food restaurants.

The film was nominated for best documentary at the 2005 Academy Awards.

Spurlock also directed "Where in the World Is Osama bin Laden?," "The Greatest Movie Ever Sold," and "Mansome".

In 2013, he directed "One Direction: This Is Us," a 3-D concert film.
