Shelley Duvall, the actress known for playing Wendy Torrance in 'The Shining' and starring in numerous Robert Altman films, has died. She was 75. Dan Gilroy, Duvall's life partner since 1989, told The Hollywood Reporter she died in her sleep of complications from diabetes at her home in Blanco, Texas. We finally know when HBO's 'Euphoria' will head back into production. After a very long hiatus, filming on the drama's third season is slated to begin in January 2025 — just about three years after the premiere of season two. HBO says the whole principal cast is set to return, including stars Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi and Hunter Schafer. An airdate hasn't been set, yet, but it's unlikely that 'Euphoria' will be ready to go before late next year, which would mean a gap of up to four years between seasons.

HBO's 'Harry Potter' reboot series has locked in two key members of its creative team. Oscar-winning actor, producer and prominent Democratic Party fundraiser George Clooney wrote an op-ed published in The New York Times Wednesday praising President Biden, but arguing that Democrats need a new nominee and calling for Mr. Biden to exit the 2024 race hours after senior Democrat Nancy Pelosi swerved questions about whether he should continue.
