A deadly knife attackrocked eastern France, leaving one civilian dead and several police officers injured. French President Emmanuel Macron condemned the incident, calling it an "Islamist terror act." The attacker, a 37-year-old on a terror watchlist, reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the assault before being arrested.
