During a rally in Birmingham Nigel Farage says that Reform UK is "what people are talking about at the breakfast table, at work, at the pub, at the bingo hall - wherever people people go, we are the story" before claiming that "many millions already have said that they absolutely going to vote for us. But there are many millions more who have simply not made up their minds and they could come to us over the course of the next four days". Russian forces have made significant progress in the villages of Evgenovka, Novgorodskoye, Timofeeva, Sokol, and Toretsk, repelling five Ukrainian counterattacks in the region. Over 400 Ukrainian troops and several units of hardware, including a U.S.-sent Bradley Fighting Vehicle, MaxxPro Vehicle, and an M777 Howitzer, were reportedly lost during the fighting in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) within 24 hours. Since capturing the town of Avdeevka in February, a major Ukrainian stronghold near Donetsk, Russian forces have reduced Kyiv troops' ability to shell the city and have steadily advanced in the DPR and other areas, including Ukraine's Kharkiv region, taking control of several settlements.
