E1918: Judge Lifts Gag Order on Trump, Allowing Criticism of Witnesses 6/26/24 | Wayne Dupree
A judge has lifted a gag order on Donald Trump in his Manhattan criminal case, allowing him to criticize witnesses and those involved in the trial that led to his conviction.
Judge Juan M.
Merchan, who presided over Trump's trial, ruled that Trump can now complain about the prosecution's witnesses, including his former fixer, Michael D.
Cohen.
Once he is sentenced on July 11, Trump can publicly attack prosecutors and their relatives.
