In a fresh act of aggression in the on-going tit-for-tat attacks between the U.S. and the Yemeni Houthis, U.S F-16s bombed 4 Yemen Provinces striking fear and anxiety in the minds of residents. Yemen has however remained steadfast in its support for the Palestinian cause and condemned the U.S strikes as a blatant violation of its sovereignty. With both sides refusing to back down there are fears rising that the Red Sea could become the theatre for a full-scale war.

In a dramatic escalation, Yemenās Houthi rebels have launched back-to-back missile and drone attacks deep into Israeli territory, striking rare targets and triggering widespread panic. The Houthis, known for their growing military capabilities, claimed responsibility hours later, calling the strikes a āqualitative operationā in support of Palestinians amid the Gaza war. A hypersonic ballistic missile reportedly targeted Haifa, while a drone of the 'Yaffa' type struck a key site in Jaffa ā an unprecedented move in the conflict.
