The Gaza Civil Defense has reported the loss of 79 aid workers since the onset of the Israeli offensive in early October, with the latest casualty occurring after an Israeli strike on a humanitarian safe zone at the al-Mawasi camp, which killed at least 90 Palestinians and wounded 300.
This attack is considered the deadliest in weeks.
The conflict escalated on October 7 following a surprise operation by Hamas, leading Israel to launch a full-scale war on Gaza and enforce a near-total siege, severely restricting essential supplies.
The offensive has resulted in at least 38,664 Palestinian deaths and 89,097 injuries, worsening the humanitarian crisis.
