The second season of Ryan Murphy's 'Monsters' series is finally getting a release date.
This next installment in Murphy and Ian Brennan's true-crime anthology will follow the well-known case of real-life brothers Lyle and Erik Menendez, who were convicted in 1996 for the murders of their parents, José and Mary Louise "Kitty" Menendez.
A new trailer for Netflix's 'Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story' is hinting that the second season of the Ryan Murphy series will explore claims that the real-life brothers were victims of sexual abuse at the hands of their father. The teaser for 'Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story' opens with a family portrait shoot and a smiling Kitty Menendez, played by Chloë Sevigny, questioning her husband José played by Javier Bardem.
