It's the end for 'The Acolyte.' The 'Star Wars' series will not return for season two. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Lucasfilm has opted not to continue the show, which aired its season one finale on Disney+ last month. The series earned respectable reviews from critics, but it was review-bombed by audience members who perceived it as, quote, "woke," leaving the show with an 18 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Kim Kardashian just inked a first-look deal under which she'll develop scripted series projects. The reality star and entrepreneur signed the deal with Disney's 20th Television. It comes after she starred in the most recent season of the FX series 'American Horror Story' and the forthcoming Hulu legal drama 'All's Fair,' both of which are produced by 20th TV (and Ryan Murphy). As part of the first-look deal... Kardashian is teaming up with 'Black-ish' creator Kenya Barris and her friend La La Anthony for a show based on Anthony's best-selling book 'The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex and Happiness.' The show, which is in development, is called 'Group Chat.' Barris is creating the series and Anthony is set to star.

'Frozen 3' will skate into theaters Thanksgiving of 2027. The third installment to the Disney hit drops in theaters on Nov. 24, 2027. The official date came days after Disney shared the first concept art for Frozen 3 at D23 featuring Elsa riding on a horse, while Anna was on a different horse with Olaf. We're finally getting a teaser for 'Emilia Perez' the critically acclaimed film starring Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez and Karla Sofía Gascón.
