Nikki Garcia breaks silence after husband, Artem Chigvintsev's arrest for domestic violence.

A statement made through Garcia's rep states, 'This is a private matter, and Nikki asks for privacy for her and her family at this time.'

Just 3 days after the couple celebrated their second anniversary, Chigvintsev, who has appeared as a pro on 12 seasons of Dancing with the Stars , was arrested on Thursday, booked on a single charge of felony domestic violence according to the Napa County Sheriff's Department.

He was later released that same afternoon, after a bond was set at $25,000, without any formal charges being filed.

NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and brother Matthew die in New Jersey bike accident.

Gaudreau, also known as "Hockey Johnny," played professionally in the NHL for 11 seasons, 9 with the Calgary Flames and 2 with the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The 31-year-old NHL star was riding bikes with his 29-year-old brother Matthew when the two were struck by a suspected drunk driver who was trying to pass a slower vehicle ahead.

The driver has since been taken into custody and is facing two counts of death by auto.

The brothers were reportedly in town to celebrate their sister's wedding.

Gaudreau is survived by his wife Meredith and two children, 1-year-old daughter Noa and 6-month-old son Johnny.
