8th Circuit strikes down Missouri's SAPA this week

True to form, the 8th Circuit Court has struck down Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (AKA - SAPA).

In their opinion piece, they (the 8th Circuit) cite the US Supremacy clause and the fact Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act has "damaged" the Federal Government.

Tonight, Missouri First's Ron Calzone will join us to break it all down and inform us what the next steps are with with the 8th Circuit Court OR the Supreme Court.

We'll also discuss the RINO problem that is plaguing Missouri and other states as well as Amendment 3 in Missouri.
