Elton John Faces Vision Loss After Eye Infection, Queen Guitarist Suffers Minor Stroke, DWTS Season 33 Cast Announced, National

Queen guitarist Brian May shares news of recent stroke, causing him to temporarily lose mobility in left arm.

The 77-year-old legendary guitarist shared the health update on his Instagram, speaking publicly about his 'health hiccup' which took place last week, saying 'What they called it was a minor stroke.

And all of a sudden, out of the blue, I didn't have any control of this arm.

So it was a little scary, I have to say.'

May did reveal that he will be able to play guitar again as he has regained mobility in his left arm, but is under strict orders to stay at home and avoid travel for the time being.

After battling an ongoing eye infection throughout the Summer, the 77-year-old musician has spoken out about his health struggles via social media, writing 'I am healing, but it's an extremely slow process and it will take some time before sight returns to the impacted eye.'

The singer goes on to thank the doctors, nurses, and family members that have supported and taken care of him throughout this struggle, and reassures fans that despite it all he is keeping a positive mindset.

The fan favorite dance competition show will return to ABC on September 17.
