Shocking Video: Muslim Woman Uses Jesus Images For Target Shooting Practice| Who Is Sanija Ameti?
Sanija Ameti, a Muslim councilwoman from the Green Liberal Party of Switzerland (GLP), has apologised for using a Christian image in target practice, sparking outrage over the weekend.
Ameti posted a photo of herself holding a sport pistol alongside a picture of the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child riddled with pellet holes.
She admitted the act was āabsolutely stupidā and said she didnāt consider the imageās content at the time.
The politician has since removed the post and apologised to those offended, but the incident has drawn calls for her resignation.
