Nearly three months after his initial arrest, Justin Timberlake is expected to appear in court tomorrow where he will accept a new plea deal following his initial charge of driving while intoxicated.

While the details of the deal have not been disclosed to the public, sources claim that the singer will plead guilty to a less serious offense than the original DWI charge in order to put the public saga behind him.

Timberlake appeared in court virtually last month, where he pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge, and had his driving privileges temporarily suspended.
