Over a month after the Olympics Women's Gymnastics Floor Final where Jordan Chiles was awarded then stripped of the bronze, the American gymnast is not backing down.

According to attorneys representing Chiles, she has recently appealed to Switzerland's supreme court to reclaim the medal that she once wore around her neck.

The appeal claims a violation of procedural issues by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which is based in Switzerland, and argues that there was a conflict of interest, citing CAS arbitration panel president Hamid Gharavi's former work as a counsel for Romania.
