Labour MPs who voted to cut Winter Fuel Payments to pensioners have been ‘named and shamed’ on an ad van driving outside the party’s annual conference in Liverpool.
The display, produced by the Conservative Party, names each MP alongside the number of pensioners reportedly impacted in each of their constituencies.

The Met Office has upgraded its yellow weather warning to an amber 'be prepared' rainfall warning as showers are forecast to be heavier that expected.
Areas affected by the amber warning include Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, parts of south-west England and the West Midlands, which could see 30-40 mm of rainfall within three hours.
