A hotel guest describes seeing Liam Payne in the moments leading up to his fatal fall from a third-floor balcony in Buenos Aires, speaking exclusively to ITV News.
Brett Watson, from Chicago, was staying at the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel ahead of his wedding when he had "multiple encounters" with the One Direction singer, who was staying there as well.
The 34-year-old said he and other guests witnessed Payne "causing a disturbance" shortly before the incident.
