Queen Camilla is expected to have recovered from her chest infection and be able to attend the global premiere of 'Gladiator II' with King Charles next week.
Queen Camilla's son, Tom Parker Bowles, has provided an update on his stepfather King Charles' battle with cancer, admitting it's been a "very worrying thing".
