It looks like we're getting a fresh take on Patrick Bateman with Luca Guadagnino.
The filmmaker is in negotiations to helm a new film adaptation for Lionsgate of the 1991 novel 'American Psycho.'
The book was previously famously adapted into the 2000 film from director Mary Herron and starring Christian Bale as the dapper investment banker/ closet psychopathic serial killer Patrick Bateman.
