Hallmark facing age discrimination lawsuit over accusations of phasing out older talent.

Hallmark was first slammed with accusations of ageism when 79-year-old former casting director Penny Perry filed a lawsuit earlier this month with a considerable amount of allegations, including wrongful termination as well as age and disability discrimination.

Perry has since claimed that she was pushed out of her role, which she had held for nearly a decade, as part of an overall plan to find fresh talent.

She also cited Hallmark leading ladies Lacey Chabert, Teri Hatcher, and Holly Robinson Peete directly in her claims, alleging that Hallmark executive VP of programming Lisa Hamilton Daly spoke of replacing the actresses due to their age and their price to work with.

Hallmark has since publicly denied all allegations.

Cardi B cancels ONE Musicfest appearance due to medical emergency and hospitalization.

The rapper announced the cancellation in a statement posted to social media Wednesday, revealing that she has been hospitalized for the last few days due to a medical emergency, writing 'It breaks my heart that I won't get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there.'

Cardi B, who gave birth to her third baby just last month, did not disclose the nature of her current health struggles in the announcement, but is ensuring fans that she will be 'back better and stronger soon.'

ONE MusicFest, which is set to take place this weekend in Atlanta, has not announced a new headliner or schedule at this time.

Best known for his starring role in the late 1960's television series Tarzan , actor Ron Ely captivated audiences with every on-camera performance.

Throughout his career, Ely appeared in a multitude of other television hits, including The Love Boat , Fantasy Island , and Wonder Woman , as well as films such as Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze and South Pacific .

He went on to retire from the screen in 2001 to focus on his family.

His passing was confirmed by daughter Kirsten Ely in a lengthy post to social media, writing 'Once you knew my father's love, the world grew to be a brighter and more meaningful place.'

A cause of death has yet to be revealed.
