Olympic breakdancer Raygun announces retirement following online criticism.

The Australian breakdancer revealed that she would be stepping away from the sport during an interview on Australian radio station, 2DayFM.

The news comes nearly three months after she faced widespread public backlash for her performance at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, with many questioning how she qualified for the event in the first place.

37-year-old Raygun, whose real name is Rachael Gunn, revealed to listeners that she will continue dancing but will no longer do so competitively, saying 'It's been really upsetting.

I just didn't have any control over how people saw me or who I was.'

Artem Chigvintsev claims $100k loss following domestic violence arrest.

The professional dancer was taken into police custody on accusations of domestic violence following an incident with estranged wife Nikki Garcia back in August.

Chigvintsev has since claimed that his arrest was based on false allegations and has lost him $100k in income, as he can no longer claim monetary gain through social media and has been unable to pick up work in the dance world.

Garcia has since filed for divorce from her now ex-husband, both now hold restraining orders against each other until they face off in court on December 6.

43 monkeys on the loose after escaping South Carolina research facility.

Authorities have issued warnings to residents in and around Beaufort County, South Carolina to lock their doors and secure their windows after more than 40 monkeys got loose from the Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center in Yemassee.

The great escape took place before 9:45 PM Wednesday night according to a statement on the Yemassee Police Department's official Facebook.

Traps have since been set in the surrounding area to safely capture the primates, and thermal imaging is also being used to help in location efforts.

At this time, no monkeys have been reported as found.
