Amsterdam ‘Pogrom’: Israeli Fans Targeted in Violent Anti-Semitic Attacks, Return Home Traumatised
Israeli football fans and players, who were caught in a violent anti-Semitic rampage in Amsterdam following a Europa League match, have returned to Israel, deeply traumatised by the horrors they endured.
The attacks, described as a "pogrom" by many, erupted after a tense match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ajax.
Groups of Israeli supporters, including players, were relentlessly hunted down by violent mobs in the streets of Amsterdam.
Despite the presence of local authorities, the attackers were allowed to carry out their violent actions, prompting outrage and condemnation from both Israeli and Dutch officials.
In a stunning development, the Iranian hacker group Hanzala has claimed responsibility for leaking "indecent" videos and confidential data from the personal phone of Israel’s former Defence Minister, Benny Gantz. The hack, which targeted Gantz and other high-ranking Israeli officials, has sent shockwaves through Israeli politics and security circles. Among the leaked materials are compromising videos of Gantz allegedly involved in an affair, as well as sensitive personal information.
The group has stated that the release of these materials is part of their ongoing cyber warfare campaign against Israel. Hanzala also claimed to have infiltrated the devices of other prominent Israeli figures, including military officials, with data leaks threatening to expose further sensitive information.

Hezbollah launched a devastating counteroffensive against Israel on Monday, firing over 165 rockets in one of the deadliest strikes since the war in Gaza began. The missiles struck northern Israel, including the city of Haifa, causing significant damage and injuring at least seven people, including a toddler. The barrage comes just a day after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly admitted to authorising military operations against Hezbollah in September, including a deadly “pager attack” that resulted in 39 deaths and over 3,000 injuries.

In a dramatic escalation of the ongoing conflict, Iraqi fighters launched a series of three consecutive attacks on Israeli military bases, leaving Israeli defences in disarray. The assaults came shortly after a wave of eight drone strikes had already pummelling key Israeli installations within a span of just 24 hours.
The coordinated offensive involved both missile strikes and drone attacks, targeting strategic Israeli bases and causing significant damage. According to reports, the initial drone strikes severely weakened the defences, setting the stage for the subsequent missile blitz by the Iraqi fighters. Explosions rocked the targeted sites, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos as emergency services scrambled to respond.
