U.S is inaugurating a new NATO missile defense base in Redzikowo, Poland, 150km from Russia's Kaliningrad Region. This second Eastern European base joins NATO's broader missile shield system. Kremlin spokesman Peskov denounced it as containment of Russian military potential, promising countermeasures.
