HTS militants have unleashed a terrifying campaign of violence across Syria, with attacks occurring every 10 minutes, primarily targeting minority populations along the coastal regions. Following their rapid takeover on December 8, which ended Bashar al-Assad's 24-year rule, the militants have engaged in widespread looting, kidnapping, assassination, and harassment.
