Georgescu slams Romania's top court after annulment of presidential election result
Independent far-right presidential candidate Călin Georgescu has slammed Romania’s top court after they decided on Friday to annul the results of the first round of the presidential vote and cancelled Sunday’s runoff citing Russian interference.
Standing outside a closed polling station on Sunday, Georgescu claimed the Consitutional Court was "cancelling democracy" by anulling the first round of the presidential vote.
