At least 14 killed and homes destroyed in Mayotte following Cyclone Chido
Mayotte is taking stock of the enormous damage caused on Saturday by cyclone Chido, which claimed at least 14 lives in the French Indian Ocean territory, where relief efforts are underway.
Images from local TV channel Kwezi TV show homes destroyed and rubbish strewn across the roads after extremely violent winds ravaged the archipelago.
