IDF Reserve Brig. Gen. Amir Avivi credited President-elect Donald Trumpâs stern warning as a pivotal factor in securing the Israel-Hamas cease-fire after a 15-month conflict. Avivi highlighted that Hamas, initially resistant to the deal since May, reconsidered under pressure, citing Trumpâs statement that âall Hell will break outâ if hostages werenât returned by Jan. 20.
