Attacker dead as 12 killed in a shooting spree in Montenegro
At least 12 people killed, including two children, as an armed man goes on a shooting rampage after a bar brawl in the western Montenegrin city of Cetinje.
Prime Minister Milojko Spajić said that holders of registered guns will undergo new security and psychological checks while 'draconian' punishment is planned for those who hold weapons illegally.
