In one of the most intense escalations of the conflict, Russia faced a massive wave of Ukrainian drone and missile attacks on New Year’s Eve. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, 68 drones were intercepted across multiple regions, including Bryansk, Crimea, Krasnodar, and Smolensk.
