Sir Ed Davey has called on Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer to meet with the US ambassador over tech billionaire Elon Musk's social media attack on the UK Government's response to grooming gangs in Britain.

The actor-turned-politician appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court on Friday charged with two counts under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Ceramic poppies will return to the Tower of London in a new commemorative display marking 80 years since the end of the Second World War. Opening on 6 May 2025 and running through to Armistice Day in November, the display will feature nearly 30,000 ceramic poppies from the original 2014 installation, āBlood Swept Lands and Seas of Redā. The artwork transformed the Towerās moat into a sea of red, attracting more than five million visitors and becoming a national site of remembrance.
