Donald Trump sentenced in hush money trial, avoiding punishment.

Following his conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records concerning a hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels, former President/President-elect Donald Trump has been sentenced to an unconditional discharge.

The ruling prevents any future punishment with the case, including jail time or community service.

The sentencing comes just 10 days before Trump is set to take back the White House, with his inauguration scheduled for January 20.

TikTok ban set to enact on January 19 in the United States, Supreme Court expected to make final ruling today.

In a final attempt to prevent its official ban in the United States, attorneys representing TikTok, ByteDance, and TikTok content creators are making their final arguments to the Supreme Court in hopes of overruling Congress' decision to ban the app if it's not sold from its Chinese parent company by January 19.

While proposals have been made to purchase the platform, ByteDance has yet to act.

If the courts rule in favor of Congress' decision, and the app is not sold by the set deadline, TikTok will be removed from all app stores and web-hosting services in the U.S. Snoop Dogg to host NFL Honors awards ceremony before the Super Bowl.

The annual awards ceremony, which will take place on February 6 this year, recognizes the league's most impactful players across all teams. Awards presented include Most Valuable Player, Coach of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year.

The ceremony will take place at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans three days before the Super Bowl.

Fans can tune in to the big night on FOX and the NFL Network when it kicks off at 9 PM ET.
