Zelensky criticized the U.S., the U.K., and other security guarantors for failing to uphold their promises under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, which assured Ukraine’s security in exchange for giving up its nuclear arsenal. He used strong language to express his frustration, stating that the guarantors "didn’t give a f**k" about Ukraine's sovereignty or security.
