Delhi Assembly Election 2025: Arvind Kejriwal Slams Political Opponents Over Vote-Buying Tactics

In a strong statement ahead of the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal has accused political rivals of attempting to manipulate the outcome through widespread vote-buying.

Kejriwal claimed that, over a month before the elections, opposition leaders began distributing money, goods like shoes, bedsheets, sarees, ration, and even gold chains to sway voters.

He alleged that this distribution was being carried out with police protection, indicating a complete disregard for the Election Commission's authority.

Kejriwal further pointed out that the funds used for these tactics were likely proceeds from corruption, accusing the opposition of using ill-gotten money to undermine democracy.

He urged voters not to sell their votes, stressing that while accepting the gifts might seem tempting, they should remember that supporting such corrupt leaders would endanger India's democratic values.
